Remove from the oven and sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Then bake for another 4-5 minutes.
2 cups mini marshmallows
Place 15 large marshmallows on top of the melted marshmallows.
15 large marshmallows
Turn the oven to a low broil then place the pan in the oven and broil for about 1 minute or until marshmallows just start to brown. Be sure to watch because they will brown very quickly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining crushed graham crackers and chocolate bar pieces then allow to cool an additional 30 minutes.
3 chocolate candy bars
Use the parchment paper to remove from the pan then cut into squares. Top with remaining piece of chocolate bar if desired.
Notes
Store s'mores bars in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature. Make sure to allow the bars to cool completely before you try to remove from the pan and cut. If they're still warm, they won't come out cleanly.
